Drainage repairs quoted from footage, not from guesswork

When the camera finds a structural defect, we mark it above ground, replace the affected section, and camera the finished run. Where the rest of the line is sound we repair the defect rather than replacing everything, which is usually the difference between a spot dig and a trench.

The problem this solves

A broken, crushed, separated or collapsed drainage line that cleaning cannot fix.

How we locate a defect before digging

The camera reports distance along the line and the locator gives us the position and depth from the surface. We paint the spot before anything is excavated, so the dig is targeted. Guessing at a location is how a repair turns into a trench across a lawn.

Repair the section, not the system

A single separated joint does not justify replacing forty feet of otherwise sound pipe. We replace what has failed and prove the remainder with the camera. Where a line genuinely is failing throughout, we show you the footage that says so before recommending a rebuild.

What the property looks like afterwards

Excavation is backfilled and compacted in layers, and turf or hardscape is reinstated. We photograph the open trench before it closes, so there is a record of the pipe, the bedding and the connection that nobody can see once the ground is back.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SERVICE

Drainage repair questions

How do you know exactly where to dig?

The camera measures the distance to the defect and its locator gives us the position and depth from above ground. We mark the spot and dig there. Without that, a repair starts with exploratory excavation, which is expensive and hard on a yard.

Can a collapsed drainage pipe be repaired without replacing everything?

Usually. A collapse is normally localised, so the failed section gets replaced and the rest is verified with the camera. Full replacement is the honest recommendation only when the footage shows the line failing along its length.

Will my yard be torn up?

Far less than most people expect, because the dig is located precisely rather than searched for. We backfill in compacted layers and reinstate the surface, and we photograph the trench open so you can see what went back in.

We inspect before we quote, so the price answers a defect we can show you rather than a guess.
